For example, our fitness shorts use moisture – wicking materials, our sports bras are made of skin – friendly and stretchy fabrics, our leggings are highly elastic and durable, and our T – shirts are made of soft and quick – drying cotton blends. This ensures your comfort during workouts.
Will the fitness shorts ride up during exercise?
Our fitness shorts are specially designed and processed. The leg openings use anti – slip technology, and the overall design is optimized to effectively prevent the shorts from riding up during exercise, allowing you to move freely.
What colors are available for the T - shirts?
Our T – shirts come in a variety of trendy colors, including classic black, white, and gray, as well as vibrant bright pink, royal blue, and fresh mint green, catering to your different fashion preferences.
Order and Delivery
How soon will my order be shipped after I place it?
Generally, we will arrange the shipment within 1 – 2 working days after you place and complete the payment for your order. In case of promotional activities or peak order periods, there may be a slight delay in shipping, and we will notify you in a timely manner.
What delivery methods are available?
We offer standard delivery and express delivery. Standard delivery usually takes 3 – 7 working days to arrive; express delivery can be expected within 1 – 3 working days, but an additional express fee will be charged.
How can I track the shipping information after my order is shipped?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the real – time shipping information of your package on the official website of our cooperating logistics company or on the order tracking page of our website.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can directly log in to your account and modify the delivery address in the order details. If the order has already been shipped, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will try our best to assist you in changing the delivery address, but we cannot guarantee success.

If you are not satisfied with the received product, as long as the product has not been worn, washed, the tags are intact, and it does not affect resale, you can apply for a return within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Who will bear the return shipping cost?
If the return is due to product quality issues or our mistakes, we will bear the round – trip shipping costs. If it is for your personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong size, etc.), you will need to bear the return shipping cost.
How long will it take to receive the refund after I apply for a return?
After we receive the returned product and check it without any problems, we will generally return the refund to your payment account within 3 – 5 working days. The actual arrival time may vary depending on the payment method and the processing time of the bank.
What is the process for exchanging products?
