Eligibility for Returns
Time Limit: You can initiate a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order. We want to give you enough time to try on your new fitness gear and decide if it’s the perfect fit for you.
Product Condition: The items must be in their original condition. This means they should be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging intact. We’re unable to accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage, or have been altered in any way.
How to Initiate a Return
Online Return Request: Log in to your 4xFocus account and navigate to the “My Orders” section. Locate the order you wish to return and click on the “Request Return” button. Follow the on – screen instructions to select the items you want to return and provide a reason for the return.
Contact Customer Support: If you prefer, you can also contact our customer support team via email at [support – email – address] or through our live chat service (available on our website during business hours). Provide them with your order details and let them know you’d like to initiate a return. Our friendly support staff will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
Customer – Paid Returns: For returns due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You can choose a shipping method of your choice, but we recommend using a trackable service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
Free Returns (for Quality – related Issues): If the return is due to a product quality issue, such as a manufacturing defect or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label that you can use to send the item back to us.
Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is in the proper condition, we will process your return. This may take up to 3 – 5 business days.
Refund Method
Original Payment Method: In most cases, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card account. Please note that it may take an additional 3 – 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Store Credit: If you prefer, you can choose to receive store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and never expires.
Exceptions
Certain items are non – returnable, including personalized or custom – made fitness apparel, items marked as final sale, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons) unless they are defective. Please check the product details page before purchasing to see if an item is eligible for return.
